Dear Team, I have requested for WiFi router and Battery backup issue on 9th Ocotober.14. Raised 16 tickets with customer care of Beam. Till now router is not given. Is this the way they serve the customers.? Please consider this on high prioirty and resolve at the earliest.. Ramakanth K
