Every day they are telling me that it will take another 24-48 hrs. Is it a continuous 48 hrs? What is the date and time when the connection will be restored. This is a height of fraudulent commitment and worst example of customer service.

It has been since last 96 hours there is no internet and every day ACT team is giving false promises after promises that it will restored today, even their representative called and told me that he will send an waiver email to me that these days, while there was no connection they will not charge me. But neither they sent any such email, nor they restore the service. However, their Appellate officer are sending email everyday that it will take another 24-48 hrs but it is rolling 48 hrs, everyday 48 hrs and increasing and increasing. They are simply taking advantage of our faulty system and faulty judiciary.
