ACT Fibernet — Without resolving issue closed the issue

HI team, I have raise a disconnection issue on 2nd of feb 2015 but still struggling to resolve with ACT technical team. And without resolving they are closing the request . Don't know to whom I need to contact . I have tried reaching to technical guy who says please don't reopen the issue as it has been already resolved. And ask not to call again on his number.
