[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — worst broadband service and uncoordinated customer service | |||
I had the nightmare of my life by subscribing to the act broadband were in the first place the internet was not properly configured to work with vpn so i initiated a cancel request and after 2 days of continuous calls with customer support a person came to my home to fix the technical issue after which the team even without reconfirming went ahead and canceled the subscription were when we call back there was no proper response Was this information helpful? | |||
