It has been more than 9 days since i have raise a request your ideal ticket sla is 7 days to resolve any ticket but still i haven't got any update. I have called customer care like 5 times (Waiting in line for goddamn 15 mins every time) and every time i hear same answer that technician will call you tomorrow, but god knows when that tomorrow will come.

I have been using act for last 8 months and i have been recommending for great speed and consistency but after my recent experience with my new shifting request#[protected] i am going to advice everyone in bangalore should not opt in for act broadband, you guys have the worst customer care service!!!

Now i am going to disconnect the connection!!

Updated by Leoraj Devaraj I have raised a ticket to disconnect connection. but now i got a mail saying if plan is monthly i will not get my amount refunded. what is this? are you guys stealing money from me??? This is plain cheating and fraud.

i have hardly used 5 days this month. i have disconnected connection because your team is incapable of providing the service. I want remaining monthly plan bill i have paid ASAP.
