ACT Fibernet — worst customer service | |||
I have raised relocation request (Sr#[protected]) on 22-jun-20. And its been 15 days, no body from act team is addressing or responding to the request. I have shifted my location and been without connectivity from such long time. When i reach to customer support it takes 10 mins in queue. And after connecting they have no idea on whats going on. When the request would be addressed. They only mention that they do not know. And would arrange call back within 4 hours, but that has never happened. On reaching out to nodal team/appelate authority: they also mention that it would be shorlty address with the auto reply message. And no body is bother to answer on call/email on the concern. It has been the worst and horrible service that i experiencing with this provider. Was this information helpful? | |||

Team is least bothered about providing the service, since they already captured 6 months of subscription money. They are only interested in getting the money. And no body knows who and when the complaints would be resolved.
How long do I need to wait? As I am facing lot of issues without internet connectivity. Unable to perform my work and losing my credability and money. Only because of worst service provider.
If I don't get the issue resolved by 15-Jul-20. Then I would go with other internet connection.
And would escalate the issue to consumer court. To get justice on this.
