[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — worst customer service ever & refund scam | |||
Without even providing a connection (Not even a single cable was laid), i am billed. I had requested for a new fibernet connection on 1/09/2018 (September'18). The act sales team has collected rs.1297 by check from me & assured to provide me a connection within 3-4 business days. But the connection was still not provided even after two weeks. Whenever i speak to the customer care or the nodal officers, either they say that they've escalated this issue or they just hang up the call. Finally, i chose a better isp & when i requested for a refund, the customer support agents, nodal officers & the local service representatives assured me for a refund within a week. Now, it's been almost three weeks & still when i contact your support team, they just blindly say that i have to wait for another week. 3 hours for collecting the payment from me & more than 3 weeks for initiating my refund? What the hell of a customer support is this? I would never ever recommend act fibernet to my network/circle anymore. Was this information helpful? | |||
