ACT Fibernet — Worst QoS in Ahmedabad, ACT exec are incapable of providing solution

After creating a support ticket to fix my internet every other day, it goes off again in couple of hours and then we have to wait 24 hours for it get resolved and service goes down again. ACT Exec in Ahmedabad are unsupportive and are failing to provide a proper solution, all they respond with is stereotypical replies.

All i want is them to fix their service in this area and provide better and quick response from their ACT EXECUTIVES.
