[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — Worst service and even worse customer care | |||||
They disconnect the internet 2 days a week and say 18 hours to resolve, internet is down for 6-7 days a month and the customer care fools put you on hold when we want to speak to the manager for more than 45mins. I suggest never using beam internet! I am stuck after paying for a year and with their third grade [censored] customer service only thing left to do is abuse them. Their on ground people are worse resolve the issue 4 days later and don't even inform and close the complaint quietly. Piece of [censored] service. Never use these fools!
