[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — Worst service from Beam telecom

We are facing Internet connection issue from last 3 days we have given complaint to Beam customer service. Every day when we call them they are saying it takes 24 hours to resolve like that it passed 3 day still connection issue not resolved.This is the ticket number 14428325. We paid for 6 months that is the problem not able to shift another Internet service please help us.
