I Have raised a shifting request 4 days before I shifted, as per customer care executive 4 days enough to get the connection back.
Ticket raised on 13th August, still no connection. I am calling customer care everyday and I get the same answer everyday ( with in 24 hours you will receive a call and no body call).
three time different executives came and said they need to fix a box to give connection. Our owners also applied for NEW connection, paid 7500 on 14th August and gave permission to fix the box, still no box and no connection.
I didn't work for more then 8 days and have to bare loss of pay because of their worst service. very very disappointed, the way dealing with the customers.

After all these days, a person called firoz khan called and asking for another ID proof. After all this they trying to shift things on me.
When I try to explain why doing this now, if wanted u should'be asked earlier. He hang up and when called back he did not answer.
