I am a medical transcriptor from home, it is an online job one can think how much net support can be expected for an online job work home based. Last week, i have suffered a lot due to net unavailability. When i called the customer care[protected]. It was kept busy tone or engage tone. It is not a new thing as i have noticed and might all the customer know that whenever actfiber company have server or technical problem. They will keep the customer care on hold and after rectification of their service. The customer care call centre will start running. Okay, there will be technical problem or etc. But, the company's first duty is to intimate the customer about the interruption. It was not done. I faced a lot problem. I was in a state of losing job.
