[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — Wrong Data usage | |||
Hello, I have been using ACT Fibernet internet connection since 7 years but for the last 5 months the data usage is showing very abnormal behavior. I have used not even 500 GB of data for the month of September, 2020 but Act Fiber net portal is showing as 700 GB of data used. I tried reaching Act customer care but no one respond and takes responsibility. They are simply making me wait till the month end, so that data usage resets automatically. They are cheating by wrongly calculating data This is happening from last few months from the time I upgraded my plan. Please take some serious action against this Act Fibernet.
