ACT Fibernet — wrongly charged/refund | |||
I've spent numerous hours arguing with Act's useless customer care team over a period of 8 months and this is exhausting. Let me get to the issues I have now: 1. Wrongfully charged for WiFi Router: I Bought your act broadband connection back in April 2019 when one of your sales guys approached me with an offer and at the time of connection, I was told that if I pay for 6 months upfront, I will get free installation and wifi router. So I opted for that offer and completed that term (April to October 2019). Which should've meant that the wifi router cost was absorbed within this period. Now when I renewed the connection again in October for 6 more months, I opted for 6+1 offer since I didn't need the router again. But now that I have cancelled your connection in November, you have charged me for wifi router which shouldn't have been! I have raised numerous complaints about this from past 1 week and all complaints including the one below were closed WITHOUT EVEN TELLING ME WHY! I'm calling your customer care team EVERY SINGLE DAY to ask the status of this charge and my refund and not a single one has done anything about it! This is really getting on my nerves as you guys as a company have failed miserably to even address a simple issue. Can you make sure I FULL REFUND (Deducting one month charge for October) and I get someone to call me and confirm this? 2. REFUNDS: I Have been sending emails after email to your refunds team with my account details and have already sent 5 emails till date with the account details. But today I get an email again asking for the same info and finally you guys closed the refund request stating I haven't sent the Bank details! Its been one month since I started following it up, Customer care is so bad, they just open and close ticket at their will.
Also, I had sent multiple e-mails on their escalation, Nodal officer and Appellate authority e-mails and no proper response yet, even their twitter handle is of no use, so we can understand why their customer care is so bad, when higher authorities don't care for customers why would they
I sincerely wish at least your issue is looked into and resolved soon.
I've never seen such arrogant customer service in any company. They are acting as if we owe them something and not that they get paid out of our payments.
No empathy, no communication skills and worst product knowledge where I need to explain them on each and every call on how things work in their own company!
