ACT Fibernet — Yet again ACT failed to provide service

I am from Bangalore. My userid is 10766135 . I have raised a complaint of not getting internet on 29th Jun ([protected]) .It's been more than a week and there is no resolution. I didn't get any call back also. I have called several times but i don't see a closer. It is more than a week. Please get it resolved asap.
