ACT Fibernet — Zero customer service and not fixing issue

Greetings, I am using Beam telecom for internet service and my internet has not been working from past 3 days. I have called them already 8 times in these 3 days and the issue is still not fixed. It looks like no one is bothered to look into it or care about it. All my work has been held up as I work from home some times. This happens 3-4 times every month. Thanks
