ACT Fibernet — internet connection problem, getting money for gx box but not placed - nearly 1 month they are playing | |||
From june 27, i didn't get internet and i have raised multiple tickets to act customer care. But no response, they keep on saying we will fix in 24hrs but not fixing issue and closed all tickets without resolving. After 10 days they said that i want to buy extra gx box cost of 2200 to fix this issue. I have paid that 2200 also. After successful payment also they didn't place any gx box and keep on telling we will fix in 24 hrs. Totally frustrated with these people. When we ask to forward the call to retention team to ask brief explanation on issue they are looping my call to hold for more than 45mins. If you guys are not providing proper response and solution for the issue why you are asking customer to pay in advance for extra money. I have paid 6 month nearly 7.5k and paid extra 2.2k for gx box. But its totally waste. I have asked for disconnection request on 22nd july and for that said "we should accept your disconnection request - this will take couple of days, and after confirmation we will take the process and we will initiate the refund process.-this will take 7 days" Me alone paid nearly 10k and still solution for my problem and no refund amount till now One month is not enough for these guys to fix the customer issue?? All customer care guys giving fake promise for raised tickets but no progress and talking rudely when i ask this in detail. Very worst customer support and very worst service by service team.. I wanted to downgrade my plan from A-max 675 to A-max 425. There is only upgrade option but these is no option to downgrade my plan. I have already called customer care and raised a request to downgrade my plan, but then even after few days there’s is no action taken.
