ACT Fibernet — issue regarding broadband connectivity | |||
I am active subscriber of act broadband internet connection. And my customer id is[protected] and on 15th of November 2019 i raised complaint that i am not able to access internet and i can literally see the cable wire cut down and laying on my terrace. And its been almost 6 days issue is yet to be resolved nobody from act bothered to inform why this is so more frustrating thing is two days back act team closed the ticket saying its resolved but i could still see the cable wire cut untouched by anyone no one showed up and every day i have to call customer care service and get connected to a new person every other day explaining all issue from the beginning taking almost 40 mins or so and i get same response from every other person saying it will be resolved and now again today 21st November i got message saying ticket closed without resolution please help me on this Was this information helpful? | |||
