Act — refund of money, which has been delayed by more than three months | |||||
Hi, I had paid amount of inr 7, 498 for act fibernet connection through online portal on sunday, march 22, 2020. But, after the payment was successfully made, i was redirected to the home page and i all i got was a single sms regarding confirmation of payment. I couldn't proceed any further even after paymnet. I went ahead and paid an act agent again, and got the connection done. Afterwards, i spoke to the customer care centre as i had made multiple payments and they told they'll initiate a refund. Now, it's almost a month and i have still not got any refund. When i call the call centre, which is first of all very hard to reach, they say that the refund has been initiated on april 2nd. But, they do not provide clarity at all and finally after coaxing them, they told me to post my complaint on the forum. Please don't play around with people's money during these troubled times and quickly refund my money. Now it's been three months, i still haven't gotten my refund amount and there is response from act as well. Bravo, act, bravo. Trying to scam and steal customer's money.
