ACT Fibernet — regarding 4k streaming device delivery

I have purchased the recently introduced 4K streaming device from ACT on August 3rd for Rs.1500. They have not delivered the product yet and the customer care does not have any update on that. Every time I call the customer care they say that they will escalate it and sometimes they say I will get a call back. But I never get an update or call back. I am following with Customer care from 8th onwards and is of no use.
