ACT Fibernet — payment not received

Hi team,

I have ordered act fibernet new connection today (Prospect id
#[protected] with actcrop company through their app on 15th march and paid the amount rs.14995/- for 12 months on the same day. Pfa order summary/documents for your reference.

Thereafter, the same day their sales executive have contacted me and confirmed that there is no service/support for my location and asked him to contact their helpdesk team for refund. Hence, i have dropped an email to act fibernet helpdesk to refund my amount but no response from them till now about my amount refund topic.

I have sent several remainder mails as well but no response from helpdesk team and also i tried to reach out them through 24/7 helpdesk number but could not.. Its always saying like that "customer care executive busy".

Now, 9 days have completed after i have complaint but refund is not happened till now.

Please request actcorp company to refund my amount the earliest.

Hi Consumer complaints team,

Actcorp have not refund my amount till now. Already 15 days completed but no action from Actcorp side to refund my amount.

First time Actcorp replied my email after 15 days and they are saying that wait for 2-3 weeks and will provide new connection. This is not acceptable because the day one (March 15th)Actcorp executive called me after I request new connection and told me that there is no service/support for my location and also he asked me to reach out helpdesk to refund. I also sent mail me to heldesk on the same day.

Actcorp heldesk have not respond for my email for 15 days. Today they have replied and asking me to wait for 2-3 weeks for new connection.PFA email from actcorp today. This is not good.

As per Actcorp executive confirmed, I have requested Actcorp helpdesk to refund my money. But till now they have not refund my amount.

Actcorp is simply raised (pls refer attachment) the Service Request (SR) themselves to refund my amount and also no body contacted me to collect account / bank details till now and also refund not happened till now but they have closed the Service Request (SR) with out refund the amount.

It looks like these actcorp mails are cheating emails. Pls refer the attachment-2.

Refund have not happened till now from Actcorp. Also no response for my complaint.
Hi Actcorp,

Actcorp have just sent an email to me stating that "Subject: SR closure:Dear Customer, Your service request pertaining to your refund is resolved. Thank you. Regards Team ACT.".

However, Actcorp is not refund my amount.. Please refund my amount.

Also please don't send email like " Resolved" with out resolving the problem. This is not good manner.
