    Last week a very misbehaving manager from aditya birla spoke to me on my belwo grieviences...

    Aditya birla rm suggested me most safe aditya birla funds..
    Buy my regular saving fund which initially was mip fund gave em a loss..
    Though saving bank could have given em 4% interest a safe fd8%,
    But aditya birla gave me -3% of return despite indian economy and gdp growing at more than 8%

    This is a shame..'

    Not only you loose em and my family as investors for life time,,, iw ill bolga dn tweet pursuing epopel not to invest in aditay birla mutual finds;
    Aditya biral mutual funds managers are duffers and cannot maange funds to pofitability

Emails appended below for ready reference.

        Based on your email, i submitted by details as directed on the same day.

        Till date, i have not received my money back nor to my virtual account and neither been informed about the action taken in this regard.

        I once again request you to kindly look into my issue and revert back on top priority please.

            Dear sir,

            I would like to bring to your notice that fraudulent activities on my demat account had been found.

            With reference to my recent letter dated 4th may 2015 addressed to you, regarding my account status with aditya birla money, inquiring where i stand and what money was i left with? But till date i have not received any information from your end.

            Sir, i have invested rs. 11, 00, 000.00 (Rupees eleven lakh only) with aditya birla money with keeping good faith in the company hoping that i could use my investment to reap benefits in my old and retired age. Today, at the age of 74, i’m left with nothing. And to top it all, there is no communication from you nor your team and absolutely no information on my current position and account status and no hope for recovery from your end.

            A retired man of age 74, invests his hard earned money in your company and keeps his faith in aditya birla money. But what does he get in return? What is my actual situation and financial position??

            I had time and again informed your account manager mr. Bhasker, that i wanted to withdraw my money and close my account with aditya birla money, but instead mr bhasker would convince me of return on my investment upto 30%. I have been misled and feel cheated by aditya birla money and its team.

            Mr. Murli, you are the legal head of aditya birla money and i have been trying to call you but you continuously keep dodging my calls and don’t even have the plain courtesy to answer my phone call and sms. It has been over a year now and i don’t have any answers from you nor aditya birla money! I don’t even have my account statement and i don’t even know what is my account status. I feel cheated of my hard earned money. Aditya birla money has robbed an retired old man of his livelihood and lifetime savings.

            All this reflects poorly on the house of birlas, aditya birla money, its legal head and its team, who have absolutely no integrity, interest, or inclination to help resolve my case and all this proves your intention of cheating and harassing an honest simple man of his savings and life’s resources and leaving me with no option but to look for other sources to resolve…

            Kindly please do look into this matter at the earliest.

                  Dear team,
                  On dated 7th aug 2018 i did transaction through sbi debit card. I added rs 20000 to my adityabirla payment bank. Amount debited in sbi account in our abpb app also shows its successfully added but balance is not reflected in our abpb app. And i am unable to see the that transaction also in our app. Please help me on this priority. I tried tp open app after adding money but nearly 10 to 15 min app is not working properly. Now i can open but balance is not reflecting in app.. But sbi balance is debited help me in this regards in priority.

                    time about 6;59 pm aditya birla payment bank i called toll free number [protected] customer care for ask account related information . When I was talking to Aditya Birla Payment Bank Customer Care and asked him about my transaction fail, that time my money was in my account 7500rs, but during he asked me my information and bank account detail my money deduct and he did responce after and my call transfer on feed back without any reply his sr no-for reference 266612,
                    After that i call again to ask my money deduction of 7500rs i choose hindi language and other person attended call . he was speaking in hindi but saying me, tell me in english for insult me.i told him in english but he aslo not told me my 7500rs deduction hiis reference is 266686.All over i feel very bad to banking with you .it's your customer serive i don't want talk that more about your services as you giving.i don't recive any replyof complain from mail too.
                    now- i am requesting you refund my 7500 rs as soon as possible.before i need to go ombudsman .i request to you refund my money soon. i am saying that because i have not received my 97rs to i complain 3 july.

                    After that, I call again to ask my money deduction of 7500rs I choose Hindi language and other person attended the call. he was speaking in Hindi but he said to me, "tell me in English" for insulting me. I told him in English but he also not told me my 7500rs deduction his reference is 266686. All over I am not happy with banking services .it's your customer service .i don't receive any reply complain from mail too.
                    now- I am requesting you see the issue so I could receive my 7500 rs as soon as the possible. because I faced the problem with them before too. They don't solve the problem just send mail your problem is resolved.

                    I request to you keep eye on services. This kind of services is the bad impression on Company Reputation. you can check the rating of Aditya Birla bank bhim app and Aditya Birla payment bank app rating on google play store.

I purchase six compnay mutual fund and sip injan18 i reqest many times but not showing in d mat account . . As per as delhi cp office it will take time.                         Dear sir,

                        I'm kodipyaka sai kiran. My date of birth is xx/xx/xxxx. My father's name is [removed] and mother's name is [removed] . My aadhar no. Is [removed].

                        I made a upi transfer of amount rs. 200/- on 30/05/2018. It's transaction id is "ab246035". The amount was deducted but it wasn't credited. So, i spoke to one of your customer service representative. She told me, it will be reflected. And the amount rs.200 (Tran id : ab998772) reflected in set off balance (I. E., lean balance) on 31/05/2018.

                        I was unable to transfer that money from set off balance to savings account. So, i given a complaint on that problem. On 01/06/2018, the amount rs.200 (Tran id : ab2016841) is debited from set off balance, but not credited to my savings account.

                        So, i'm constantly consulting customer service representatives and they told me it will be reversed back on 18/05/2018. And today, the date is 21/05/2018. The amount is not reversed back. And yesterday the same story happened with rs.125 (Tran id : m62928) on 20/06/2018. So, my total amount is rs. 325 struck in your bank.

                        I want my money back. I'm going to uninstall the app and not willing to use agbp account. I'm tired o[censored]sing it and giving complaints again and again. I pity on your banking services.

                        I cannot thank you. Sorry.

                          I had apply for personal loan .15days before.The lady, I think neha she is extremely helpful.but file was rejected you know why, because my file was rejected from personal loan verification. But sir person was laying .he doesn't come for verification in my home and my office.

                          If any one apply for loan means he needed .bank and other financial company for customer only. Plz recheck my file again.it's my request.I will wait for your revert

                            This is yasmeen I had purchased personal loan from aditya Birla before 6 months now I had been changed my salary account from hdfc to federal bank I had been requesting from past 3 months for the change of bank. They said me to visit Magrath road branch and submit all the documents and cheque. I had done all the procedure they had said me to mail customer care for the account details for swiping charges and submit the Reference number, Its almost More then a week still not received any account details for the swiping charges.

Initially they made all false statements and now the bank people have stopped responding to my calls. What am i supposed to do now!!

                                The off market transaction was not getting proper update. The system does not accepting price of the ipo allotment securities. My dp id is 1064294 - mehul rameshbhai gohel, +[protected].
                                The same is not possible by customer care department even repeatedly contacting him.
                                Even my broker does not able to update the same transactions.
                                Even online customer service portal does not providing me zonal head contact details.

                                    I have been trying to call customer care no given in app as well as which i have . For all the numbers it is showing that u have seemed to have dialled wrong no. I have lodged the complaint through e mail also. But no reply has been received. Please help where should i go. I have contaced the following nos

                                    Aditya Birla Money customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                    I applied for a personal loan - 63915.
                                    I received a message that the amount has been disbursed but never got anything in my account yet.
                                    When checked with the customer care, I am being informed that there is no application under the number of my details.

                                    Need to know what is going wrong.

                                    I apply personal loan on 14th April.my application no 982375.all ducoments submitted.and orginal verification also ovwr.but till today i dont know the loan status.i wnt urgent loan bt kindly inform me is it sanction or nt.it said 10min to approved bt 20days over.pls inform about the status.

                                      I have purchased aditya birla health insurance on 28th nov 2017. Even after 10days of purchasing policy, i haven’t received the hard copy or softcopy. So, i have requested to the customer care to resend the policy document, and i got to know that my email id was wrong on the policy document. So, i made a service request for changing the email address change dated 12/6/17 service req id :cas-24662-n6j9p4.

                                      After few days, i received a message stating your service request is resolved now, but while registering on aditya birla health website, i’m still getting my wrong email address. Again, i made service request dated 13th dec 17, service id cas-26551-d0w0n5.

                                      On 29 th dec 2017, when i havnt received any update on the service id cas-26551-d0w0n5, i mailed to aditiya birla customer care, they call to me after 7 days after sending repeated email. We have discussed ant they have given surety that they will resolve it in a week but i haven’t received any response from their side.

                                      On jan 18th, i again emailed to them regarding email id change request, again i got a new service request no cas-41082-y3g5k6 for the same.
                                      On 5th feb received a call, they have told me that they have resolved it and you have login or reset the password. As i don’t know the password so, i have to reset it. While entering the new password and confirmation password, it was showing “password policy failed” in spite of entering the password as per their password policy. So, he told me that he will look onto this issue and he will call me back in a 2 hours and i’m still waiting for the call.

                                      Today 07th feb, i’m still unable to register even after more 2 months of purchasing. I don’t know how long it will take to resolve and how many bugs are there on their website as i can’t able to change password.
