As per ticket it scheduled to arrive at 23.40 at salem kvr circle, i waited from 23 hrs to 1.15 am. as i had to meet my urgent issues at ernakulam, i could not wait any more. more over road became empty at mid night and as you do not have office there, its quite risk to stay any more. i took another bus spending same amount. your bus person called me at 3.33...

Very bad service and support of Aeon connect travel and arrogant bus driver

I booked from Hyderabad to Bangalore through goibio for Aeon connect travels. My boarding point was miyapur(near more super market). I reached at that place at the exact time. Just that as i was gone to Hyderabad for the first time, i was not knowing the exact place where the bus will come. I told driver that i am at more supermarket. But he was continuously bluffing and i got confused about what is he saying. There were 2 more markets nearby....

I have booked a bus from banglore to ernakulam which is cancelled by the bus operator due to Cauvery issue and also i got a message saying that amount will be refunded...Now the problem is when i called to above mentioned number for any other buses and about refund amount...he is saying collect it from Chief Ministers and protests who is causing the issues...his response was weird and have never seen such response from any other travels in...

Aeon connect travels

I choosed to complain as aforementioned problems are repeatedly happening with this travels
1 - never comes on time.last week it was 5 hrs late (Bangalore ernkulam trip). 10/09 it's 4 hours late(Hyderabad - ernkulam).
2 - jerky movements all throughout journey, felt KSRTC is far better
3 - no snacks were given as promised and they gave a drink which will fall in the topmost list of worst drink of my life, cola colored...

I tried to reserve ticket from hyderabad to kochi on 20/5/2016 for a ticket on 23/05/2016 in the name of my son vishnu vijayan. Payment made through netbanking, amount 2168 was deducted from my sbh account but ticket was not booked due to some error. Thinking that money will come back again ticket was booked through internetbnking for the sameday. Two times money was paid. On the same date the matter was informed to your office replied, please...

Bus Ride Complaint - Missbehave

This has been one of the most disgusting experiences that I've ever had travelling in a bus. It goes to show how these operators are only bothered in ripping you off with exorbitant amounts as bus ticket prices, and do not give a heck for your well-being. Dropped all passenger at Tamilnadu Border at midnight

My journey was terrible. I had been asked to get down at TamilNadu border during midnight [12:30 AM]. It was happened with all passengers including women and children. On asking, Driver and Conductor responded that we do NOT have permit to drive in Karnataka hence you have to get down at Tamilnadu Border and continue further journey in Regular and NON-AC Bus.

On asking of alternate AC bus, driver replied that only NON-AC bus...
