Agarwal Packers — Metal Bed recieved in Damaged state.

Hi, I have consignment 4444996 (Bangalore to Gurgaon) on 10th May at Gurgaon. All the materials are in good condition except my Metal Bed which is in damaged state. I have called the Agrawal employee and make a note on the final receipt to send some engineer/carpenter to repair the same. But no response received till now. Already amount of 7000 is marked in insurance list for the bed (item no 48 and 49 marked in household quotation list) Kindly arrange to repair my bed on coming Sunday or give me the insurance money for the same.
