This is review of my recent experience with Agarwal Packers and Movers - Dilip Roadlines Bade Bhaiya (To be specific) First they gave me a quote. Then I just added 2 - 3 small items of dimension 2x2 feet for which they suddenly increased the estimate by 8K INR which was too expensive. They were not in a position to justify this revised estimate. There information on the estimate sheet is misleading. Moreover now they are not attending my calls. The movement manager is just not taking calls or willing to call back. I am sorry to say but I have no option but to opt for another service provider now. Was this information helpful? | |||

I am trying to track by consignment that i shifted from Ahmadabad to Bangalore but getting only false commitment from the Agarwal Packers and Movers - Dilip road line- Bade bhaiya. It is almost 15 days i did not receive my furnitures. Please help me out.

I have booked 2 consignment on 27th Apr 2023. While booking the consignment they have said 4 to 5 days they will deliver the consignment but till now it was delivered.
While reaching to customer care they are also not giving proper information few of the customer care employee are not trained properly in terms of how to handle the customer they were not polite and they are giving very rude response.
Ground team not aware that where is my consignment. Where ever I used to reach out them they will say we will get back to you but they never get back with the status.
Now I am scared about my consignment whether it is safe or not.
Pls don't trust this company. It waste of time and amount. It is number one worst company.
