Agarwal Packers & Movers — consignment not delivered on time gc number 4688579

Booked 2 wheeler movement with GC number 4688579 from Hyderabad to Bangalore on 17th Jan 2020. The 2 wheeler was supposed to reach Bangalore on 21st per the receipt and promise from Anil Reddy. I called the customer care and they asked me to check the details on Agarwal website to track the consignment, I checked with number and it said, its an invalid number. I called them back again and they advised to contact Anil Reddy from Hyderabad branch who came and collected the 2 wheeler from me to be shifted to Bangalore. Anil Reddy from Hyd spoke very rudely and mentioned that the scooter will reach when it has to and mentioned that delays like these are quite common, he should have not promised a 4 day delivery and he told to go ahead and complain if I want and it wont matter. It is such a shame for such a reputed company to bear false promises to customers and being so casual about the work. I want the company to compensate me for the delay and let me know the status on my shipment and take strong action on Anil Reddy for his behavior
