After one month of running around you tell me that you can only reimburse Rs.12, 000 which is less than 40% of the actual cost of repair. As per your request, I got the Micromax team to share the estimate which was shared to you earlier. I do not understand why is it so difficult for your to process the insurance when there is a clear mistake from your end? I did not take the insurance package to get a paltry sum which does not even suffice the cost of repair. Please ensure this thing is sorted out at the earliest as I have lost my patience waiting your for your response. I am least bothered how you get it done. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Consignment picked up on 8th Sep in USA but not delivered till now in India because their employee had messed up on logistics and have now resigned . The current team is unable to resolve & trying to charge me more for delivery.
