On 15.06.2022, my household goods were shifted by you from my Berhampore residence, W.B. for Mumbai.
However, my son's ride on car for Rs.15000/- was left stranded in the road by you without Carriage. The mater was brought to my notice by our building's watchman after the truck left half an hour ago. The item is in your packing list, serial No 26, GC NO.-4785902.
Thereafter we immediately called your people at mobile No.[protected] several times but they have shown their reluctance in taking the same. This is very irresponsible behaviour on behalf of an esteemed organisation like yours. I am now sceptical whether my remaining goods will be shipped in good condition.
Thereafter, I have made several calls to your employee named Mrs.Kusum Roy (Kolkata) who has assured me that the needful will be done within 19.06.2022 but now she has stopped taking our phone calls and has given false assurance everytime. The situation is grave and we are in a state of shock as we cannot make out whether she is from original Agarwal movers and packers. Moreover, I have already shifted to Mumbai with family but I couldn't handover the room keys to my erstwhile landlord in anticipation that the leftover item will be picked up by you from Berhampore. The room keys are with my erstwhile neighbour and I am already under pressure to handover the same. I have cleared all dues of moving and packing my goods with Agarwal movers and packers but this is very unprofessional behaviour from your side.
Today my bike was delivered in Mumbai, GC No.4785901 with damaged petrol tank which was again reported to Mrs. Kusum Roy but she has hardly bothered to respond. I am really having a bitter experience with Agarwal Movers and Packers. Was this information helpful? |
