Hello,

This is the worst ever service I have faced.
In 1 word- I would say, worst service ever I have seen and I will never recommend to any of one.

I have booked for 17th June 2023 for my pickup from Vadodara and Transfer to Gurgaon. They delayed it by 1 day and came on 18th with only 2 guys for whole items packaging. If I would have planned the family move by flight on 18th, it could be a disaster for me in terms of

When they came, they did not have proper boxes for packaging of TV and LCD. They did the packaging in between of 2 pillows. (I have photos and Videos for reference)

Now after dispatching, they committed me to delivery my consignment on 23rd July 2023 since they delayed my pickup. But they delivered my consignment on 25th July 2023 with 1 item missing. (Revolving chair).

They have delivered my items with wholly damaged. My total 6 items damaged heavily i.e. Almirah, TV cabinet, Sofa, Fridge bottom support bend, Single Bed Wholly damaged. (Each and every items Photos and Videos are available with me)

At the time of Loading my consignment, I asked to guys for give me the insurance and they said at the time of packaging they don't provide insurance. (miracle new point heard)

I asked Agrawal Packers and Movers Ltd (APML) to provide me the compensation for heavy damaged my items. They said they can not give and after lots of emails, they said they can only provide 5000 INR since damages are high. (I have lots of emails copy for the same).

Coming back to my Missing items. I am still chasing my missing item and now its 20 days completed and they do not have any reply on the same. My wife is working from home and she is having back pain so I bought this revolving chair. Now since its too much delayed, I bought new one and could not bare anymore without it. I asked to Agrawal Packers and Movers Ltd (APML) to provide me the money for it (8000 INR).

Still I did not get anything from it.

I want my money back and to popup this issue of Agrawal Packers and Movers Ltd (APML). Many of the customers faced this issue so its better to raise it.

    According to the initial agreement, the items were scheduled to be delivered on June 27th, 2023. However, as of the current date, July 5th, I have not received any updates regarding the status of the delivery. The lack of direct communication and the absence of satisfactory service have been disappointing. I kindly request that you provide a prompt update on the delivery status or offer a resolution to rectify this situation. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

      We shifted our household through Agarwal Packers and Movers from Jodhpur to Kolkata and most of our wooden furniture got damaged including Bed, Sofa, and a brand new Coffee Table's Stool, Wall Clock, lamp and a photo frame of lord Shiva which was very close and special to us...
      The fragile items reached in a wet cartoon which was opened
      We insured our shipment and now they are giving only a nominal amount as compensation.

          I have encountered significant difficulties in retrieving my missing items and have not received any satisfactory response from APML team despite several attempts to contact them.

          I engaged APML services on 29th May to transport my household goods, including several valuable items worth approximately 15, 000 INR. The shipment arrived at its destination on11June2023, but upon unpacking, I was disheartened to discover that a number of these valuable items were missing. This has caused me great distress, as these items hold sentimental and monetary value to me.

          Since then, I have been making repeated phone calls to APML customer service department in the hope of resolving this issue. However, to my dismay, my calls have gone unanswered, and I have not received any assistance or updates regarding the missing items. This lack of response has only added to my frustration and has left me deeply disappointed with the level of service I have received.

          I would like to emphasize the urgency of this matter and kindly request that APML investigate the situation promptly. It is essential that I retrieve my missing items as soon as possible, as their absence is causing significant inconvenience and distress.

          I trusted that this company values its customers and takes their concerns seriously. I implore them to conduct a thorough investigation into this matter and provide me with an explanation for the missing items. Furthermore, I request immediate assistance in resolving this issue by locating and returning the missing items to me without any further delay.

            We have done the APML movement through you a second time considering we had no damages last time from Pune Banagalore was a good experience back then. This time you people broke the planted Aquarium(item 23) price of 20K. This aquarium is not normal and it is crystal glass custom made planted aqurium hence, we are asking for the claim that we have paid the insurance of 1lakh amount overall. your representative mentioned we clearly asked if this item can be taken safely or not before choosing the packaging company. He confirmed it and hence, we took APML as the packaging. We also had the option to go for Pikkol and they clearly said they can't guarantee this item. Hence, we chose you. You being the number 1 company and genuine agarwal ltd. We choose you not pikkol. Let me know if youw ant to share the quotation copy from pikkol email I can share it and also talk to the pikkol agent for clarification. I clearly explained why I chose APML we don't want to loose the planted aqurium. Your team broke the critical item that was suppose to safe one. For sure I won't want to take service if the overal satisfaction not met again

            Moreover, I spoke to the representative who is from the claim department he said we need an invoice but we don't have one with us. We took the insurance and we are asked to select the value based on the listing we are selecting the critical items for sure this is one of the critical reason of choosing APML to be safe not to claim the insurance it is your representative who opened it and showed that it is broken in transit. We need to claim the 20K that we have put already as an insurance and we have claimed the insurance if everything was fine. Why will we choose you and insurance to make sure our goods reach safe?

            We don't have any invoice for the item purchased as discussed before. Raising the claim please do the needful and pay the 20K claim that we have updated as per the document.

            I am regretting choosing your company and so much hassle just to get the claim for the item that you broke. Please fix this issue soon and let me know why the claim is taking so much delay with insurance and this is the reason you take money but when the issue happens nothing happens in the insurance claim. You simply ask for documents that we can't produce.

              Non refund of advance payment

              I have to inform you that in accordance with your quotation no. QURKT23240034/2 dt. 07.04.2023, I had remitted Rs. 5025.00 on 21.04.23 as 10% advance payment. But due to cancellation of my transfer order, I had to cancel the proposed transportation of my household goods from Kodinar to Thrissur. This was promptly intimated to customer care on 29.04.2023.                 I have booked on 07.05.2023 and the consignment is not yet delivered (21.05.2023) .They customercare is of no service and dosent pick up cals or whenever i call, they always tell to resolve it after 2 pm and never call back.The warehouse of Hyderabad is also is a luck lustre person who dosent receive calls or answers properly and cuts the call abruptly,

                  I booked Toyota Innova from Guwahati to Trivandrum through APML GC no GCGWH[protected]. In this I have made payment of Rs 28000/- twice using upi by mistake. I am continuously approaching to APML customer support for refund of payment but they only give escalation matrix and ask for time 5-7 working days then stop responding. I am trying for last 40-45 days.

                  Now as of today no one from APML is responding for my refund. I have all mails through which communication was made. People with whom I contacted were Priya Prajapat, Mukesh, Vaibhav Gupta and later agm inbound. Now none of them are responding.

                    Agrawal packers and movers has agreed for transpiration of house hold from
                    Trivandrum to Visakhapatnam including packing loading transporation and unloding. Additional 3 % amount paid for the insurance of mateirals.

                    The material loaded vehicle and material delivered vehicle is diffeent for which LR copy issued and the some materials were damaged, same was informed them and mailed and called several times but no positive response received from them.

                    As i have insured materials the claims should be settled but they were silinet.
                    Kindly instruct them for paying claims to damges.

                      Which we got problem regarding service.
                      1. Pick up not done as per schedule.
                      2. Delivery not done as per schedule for that we paid 4 days in hotel.
                      3. Material handling not done as professional service provider.
                      4.Insurance pending for damage items.
                      5. Most urgent after service bill not given material handover on 9th April & bill was not provided till now.
                      For that I am following up continuously by different phone no. Because your persons are not attending the phone call.

Iam not a good response from customer care and nor from aggarwal packers hyderabad team..one person says its in guregoan and other person says it's in Bangalore. They are playing with me.                             I had made an advance payment of Rs. 1800 while booking a slot for April 9th. While settling the total bill amount of Rs. 22054, I forgot to adjust this amount and landed up paying the total amount of Rs. 22054, instead of Rs. 20254. This happened on April 9th and ever since I have been following up with Ms. Priya and Ms. Himani via email for the refund. The email refernce no. is ## 2261820 ##]
                            I have written to [protected]@agarwalpackers.com and also copied tl2.[protected]@agarwalpackers.com. Everytime I am told wait for 8 - 10 days and it's already been 30 days like this.

                            What kind of a customer care service is this? A quick UPI transfer takes 30 secs these days!

                              This company has cheated to me. I have booked my consignment on 05.04.2023 from Patna and delivered except one valuable box on 16.04.23 in Patna. He has mentioned in his slip one box missing. Thereafter, I have contacted many staffs but none of them replied on this. I request to all please don't opt for this company. My booking GC is 4813148.

                                Consignment not delivered, even taking to much follow up.
                                I have booked to move my two house hold material. And material collected on One from Goa (05/04/23) and one from Belgavi (16/04/23) . but till date not delivered at my Address i.e. Ahemdabad.

                                  Daily i have taken follow up.
                                  Store keeper only says, he will deliver consignment today. But not doing any action.
                                  Also if call not receiving, branch manager : keeping his mobile switch off.

                                    The consignment was picked on 16th April from Gurgaon and at the time of pick up I was told that the goods would reach the destination coumbatore in 5-6days..And till date it has not reached the destination.We tried calling customer care and they are not giving proper response also they are not having any sufficient information.We asked for the escalation matrix to follow up our complaint again they were not having such details.

                                    We are having 5 months old infant it is much difficult for us to survive without our household items in a new place.

                                      We booked our household goods including 300 Flower pots for shifting from chandigarh to bangalore.
                                      CFR NO :
                                      CFRPNCK[protected], laoding done on 31st MARCH 2023.They charegd me 2.5Lakhs.
                                      They charged me extra 1.1Lakhs rupees for shifting of flower pots and an additional truck was hored for the same apart from the main house holds goods( SO total 2 trucks). The Flower pots came almost fully damaged( 150+ flower pots damaged). The pots was carefully loaded in chandigarh and truck door was sealed for delivery at bangalore but they unloaded the truck at bangalore warehouse without informing us.then the pots were lyign there for 4 days without any intimation to us on the delivery.Since i had the truck driver number i could get this information.None of the agarwal managers bothered to call me.
                                      The managers are now not pickign up my phone and responded on mails aying flower pots delivery has no gurantee as written ont he quote.But my question is afetr charging such a huge amount for flower pots alone and separate truck hired, why was the seal broken and pots unlaoded at bangalore warehouse without our consent.Almost all plants died as no water was given to them for a long period while being dumpled.They then shamelesly delivered the flower pots to our house after i virtually had to complain them umpteen times.
                                      This is nto only a financial loss but a Family mental haressement case also against DRS(Agarwal packers and movers).
                                      The household consignment also has several broken glasses and printer table.We need compensation for this as now i will have to spend so much money in buying new flower pots and plants.
