Aha Taxis — cab driver charged heavy amount for vomiting in cab although that was done in card board and not a single drop was there in cab

We were travelling in cab from bhimashankar to Pune. Due to road issue I did vomiting on my scarf and some in cardboard which was placed under my leg. After that I stopped cab and did everything outside. Now the cab driver charged us Rs. 800 for cleaning. Not a single drop of vomit was there in car. It was on my cloth and card board.

This is a big cheating with travellers.
Now how can we opt the cab again if this will happen.

I want my money to be refunded back.
