I have been travelling to india for many years and i have never ever experienced such poor service from a taxi company as with aha taxis. We arrived at delhi airport at 12 pm to go on a trip of a lifetime to agra and after numerous calls by 2.30 pm one of the taxis still had not arrived. They did nothing to help and did not communciate with us at all. I had to keep emailing and phoning them. This went on an on and no one wanted to sort it out. The party consisted of elderly women of over 70 and we had to sit outside in the sun for over 2 and half hours as you will see from the photo. We ended up having to order an 3 emergency taxis instead of the two at great expense to ourselves. This is a dreadful start to our holiday and people should be warned about using them especially if they are on holiday. We have been seriously let down and we won’t now be able to see the agra fort thanks to their ineptitude because we will arrive too late in the evening. Was this information helpful? |
