Aha Taxis — refund for cancellation

Updated by Chris1009 I had booked a cab with AHA Taxis from pune to mumbai on Nov 22nd 2018 for Rs. 2988/- however I cancelled it immediately but I didnot get any refund, I called the Aha taxis customer service number for the refund & I was told that there is no refund for the cancellation. But when I had booked it was mentioned that free cancellation with full refund. Then they said that I will get 2988 coins in my Aha taxis account instead of refund that I can use on my next trip, today it is Jan 09th 2019 but I don't have any coins.

I have tried calling thier number many times but the number is not contactable. I have also sent many emails for the refund but they have not replied even once.

Aha taxis is a fraud company, I want my refund & some compensation for the inconvenience that I have faced for so long.
