Air Asia — fraud job call letter and money fraud

Hi i am MohammedMubeen.
On 4th November I received an email saying that my profile has been shortlisted for interview in the Air Asia Ltd company. I called the HR named Vinay Dhir, on phone to enquire about the interview process to be held on 18th Nov. They asked to pay an amount of rs. 9800/- plus gst as a security deposit. I first made a payment of rs.9800/- and later they informed me that i have wrong amount of payment and asked me to make payment including taxes rs.11, 564/- and they will refund the rs.9800/- in 4-5 hours.
After payment, they sent me an application form with few details, i filled it and sent them back. He also told me that rs.11, 564/- will be refunded to me as I attend my interview on 18th. But the amount of rs.9800 was not reversed to me i called him next day he said it was some bank issue so it was not sent. Then next day again same thing happened. Then again I called him, he said they will send me DD and the gate pass and address of interview location in 3-4 working days. After that day his phone is switched off. I haven't received any amount or DD or the gate pass. I aslo emailed the company but there is no reply from them. The total amount i paid them is ₹21, 364/- which is not a small amount. Please help me how can i recover my money back?
I am just a fresher. I was saving it for my higher education. Please help me.

Updated by Mubeen_khateeb My complaint on Air Asia Ltd is not been resolved yet. The same person is still continuing his fraud business by changing his name. Today i received the same email again. And i called that number, it was the same person i recognised his voice. He is still free out there Steeling money. And no action has been taken against him yet.

I am very sorry for the bad happened to you. Same I have also got a call and letter from an unknown no., mentioned that my resume is shortlisted for the job in Air Asia. In there is said to refundable security of INR 9500 including GST. I requested to all to keep safe and away from these kinds of fraudsters. They swallowed your deposit in small installments by giving you nonsense reasons. They are Big moth...###...S.

Hi i am Mohammad Aasim
On 5th April I received an email saying that my profile has been shortlisted for interview in the Air Asia Ltd company. I called the HR named Pratik Mittal, on phone to enquire about the interview process to be held on same day. They asked to pay an amount of rs. 3999/- plus gst as a security deposit. I first made a payment of rs.3999/- and tell me deposit money instantly within 20 minutes so they can line up my interview and generate my id which will work it airport. As I listen about this I check online about the fraud and came to know that no such Air Asia email "[protected]@airasialtd.co.in" is of any airline company, I also talk to them about the location where the held their office so that I can came over there and see by myself this is that they are in Gurgaon and nothing else about the location in my own Indore city so I said OK I will confirm by myself by going to airport and check whether you are saying the true or not. Now they are calling again in again by different number and there where about 6 to 10 people with them in are saying the same that we are legal and this process is legal we only want this amount for the kovid safety situation so if you want this job you have to pay the amount or it will get increased.

I can't believe that even this company is raised about the same party but nothing action is still taken they are all fake and they are using peoples in the name of some companies with giving a benefits of good job but they all are thugs they just take your money and then get vanished.

I got a call for the job in air asia they called me they took the introduction round after that they told me that u have to 4000 for regd fees & after that I got a call from hr from air asia & he told me that I have to pay 17500 for entry pass so i immediately pay that total 21500 i already paid them after that they are not accepting my calls they blocked me in the WhatsApp & I got to know they are fraud I just want help kindly help me in this issue

I have been a victim of the same scam. I will be reporting this to RBI and CERT both. Hopefully I will get back my money.

I received a random call while asking where you got my cv they were not sure and told me I am another girl and will forward ur call to another department while the same girl was chatting with me at what's pp

My reasons and logic saved me from this scam
And I am uploading it here to register this complaint so innocents can save themselves from such scams
