Airasia x cancelled my flight without any prior information 20 days before the time of flight (From jaipur to kuala lumpur) and my return flight too (From kl to jaipur)
Which i have booked 5 months before the time of flight and now all my hotel bookings and other reservations have been done and most of them are non refundable.
So i can't cancel my trip and i am trying to contact to airasia so i can move my flight and there is no way available other than a chat bot which useless in my case
So i am helpless and don't know what do to

    Dear sir/madam,

    I am tamizh selvan kulandai velu. We travelled in airasia flight no. Ak10 from chennai to kualalumpur on 22/12/2019.
    Our booking no. Is booking/ pnr no. Zsqhgi in flight no. Ak10 / maa-kul. I was sitting in in seat no.29d. We were on tour to malaysia and singapore.
    While taking out the catlogues/travelbook santon/instruction sheet kept in the front seat pocket, something red colour liquid fallen on my tshirt, pant, inner garment and my both hands. Then, i realised that vomit bag which came out along with the magazines, vomited/spitted on me. It spoiled everything. I really had worst experience of my lifetime in that flight. I could clean up something. Their incapability in housekeeping created hell of time and mental torture for me during the flight and on that day. It spoiled my new tshirt..
    Their crew did not help much. When demanded complaint register, i got inflight services feedback form from the cabin crew and filled up handed over. They are not bothered to give acknowledgment.
    Airasia did not bother to communicate for 20days. I tried my best to contact them through ava/ facebook. Finally, they started responding in twitter only that too after uploading my photo of inflight services feedback form.
    If they are incapable in housekeeping, it is better to put warning sign over front seat packet.

    My both hands were totally contaminated. My body was also contaminated. I was exposed to unhygienic and infective things. I lost my new tshirt and banian. I cancelled evening and night program on that day in kualalumpur. My journey in your flight was horrible. My family members also suffered. Airasia just said sorry. That is not enough. We undergone terrible time during flight and on that day. We want compensation.

    I am herewith uploading photos of inflight services feedback form, my tshirt after cleaning, tshirt and banian after wash with detergent.
    Sir/madam, please help us to get compensation as per rules. It should not get repeated for another guest.

      Today morning i reached hyderabad airport by flight no. I5 510. I have not received my luggage at airport. My booking no is e7h85e, name mr. Sanjib kr. Das, mibile no.[protected]. Ihave lodged a complaint at your hyderabad airport office. Very important documents are there in the bag which i have to submit at midhani. Please help me to find out my luggage as early as possible

        I had a flight from one destination to bhubhaneswar with a different airlines and then from bhubhaneswar to kolkata with airasia. I tried to inform of the delay of my pervious flight by 3hrs but they couldnt be reached in any number. No real person could be reach, you only get ai or operator on call. And after i reached bhubhaneswar from my previous destination and told then i have already reached, yhey were not ready to help.in events of emergency, it was a really bad experience.
        We came from Bangalore to kochi today morning
        In total of three bags, we received only two bags
        We already gave complaint in airport, it is the airlines mistake

          I was travelling from chennai to kolkata on 16/12/2019. I was carrying induction cooktop in my checked in baggage so asked for a fragile tag, he marked in the level in front of me, even after when open my bag after reaching home i found my induction was broken and it’s not working too. So i launched a complaint in there officials site with case no 28356825 on 18/12/2019 which the closed without informing me anything. Again i launched a complaint on 21/12/2019 with case no 28600507. But so far i haven’t received any communication from them.

          I booked a ticket on 23rd December 01:10 am from Mumbai to Bangalore. When I tried to cancel the ticket the procedure of your online chat is not clear and it is vague. Please cancel my ticket and refund my amount immediately.

            I had booked a flight from mumbai to delhi - i5 330.

            After the security check was done and all passengers were waiting at the gate, we were told that the flight had been cancelled due to earthquake in delhi (Complete fake news).

            For a flight of 180 passengers, there was just one counter to deal with all of them. We were told that we'll be accommodated in another flight (The one that leaves at 5.50 and another at 8.40).

            They assured us initially that we'll all be accommodated and after an hour they informed us that the flight was full and nothing can be done now.

            I was waiting there for 5 hours because they said that they're getting flight tickets from other airlines.

            I can't begin to explain how much i had to suffer financially as well as physically and emotionally because of this.

            Being a female at 3 in the morning, i had nowhere to go to, no hotels to book at this time.

            I already had a train from delhi at 8 which i had to miss and bear the financial loss.

            I explained this to your staff and they kept telling me that they'll be giving priority to females first and they're arranging for seats in other flights and in that hope, i kept waiting at the airport.

            After all this, we were told that they couldn't do anything. They couldn't get a single seat ticket in any of the flights operating today which is impossible to believe.

            Airasia has clearly shown that all you care is filling your pockets and have been trained very well to fool the customers.

            I'm definitely taking this to the consumer court and i'm sure many other passengers will do too.

            According to the new charter, if the flight is cancelled or delayed by 6 hours, you have to provide another flight ticket within that time and the airlines has to pay the compensation of[protected] to the customer.

            The airlines will also have to provide free accommodation if there's a delay of 24 hours or more.

            If you can't even abide by the new rules, i don't know how your airlines is still operating.

            I want a complaints officer to call me and i want a compensation of rs. 10000 for all the losses i had to suffer.

            I want a callback asap and if i don't your staff will definitely be getting a taste of your medicine.

            This is by far been the worst kind of service i've witnessed and in want a solution asap.

              Sir i m rahul kaushik.
              On 19th december 2019 i received an email saying that my profile has been shortlisted for interview in the air asia ltd company. I called the hr named amit rana on phone no. [protected] to enquire about the interview process to be held on 6th jan 2020. They asked to pay an amount of rs. 9800/- plus gst as a security deposit. I first made a payment of rs.9800/- and later they informed me that i have wrong amount of payment and asked me to make payment including taxes rs.11, 564/- and they will refund the rs.9800/- in 4-5 hours.
              After payment, they sent me an application form with few details, i filled it and sent them back. He also told me that rs.11, 564/- will be refunded to me as i attend my interview on 6th jan. But the amount of rs.9800 was not reversed to me i called him next day he said it was some bank issue so it was not sent. Then next day again same thing happened. Then again i called him, he said they will send me dd and the gate pass and address of interview location in 3-4 working days. After that day his phone is switched off. I haven't received any amount or dd or the gate pass. I aslo emailed the company but there is no reply from them. The total amount i paid them is ₹21, 364/- which is not a small amount. Please help me how can i recover my money back?
              I am just a fresher. I was saving it for my higher education. Please help me.

                This complaint raised by me rathaiah kotha of army about your working staff in srinagar airport, their behavior is not good and they tried to make me a foolish twice in this year to unnecessary payments paid by me for reserve window seat from srinagar to delhi and for baggage 4000/- paid by me because of your staff on 26 dec 19.

                They don't have good manner about passengers. I request you that please take necessary action on your staff.

                In view of the above, take necessary action on those ladies staff.
                GoodMornoing Sir, all of your flight offers are very good for specially for Army Persons but your staff who are in Srinagar Ladies/ Gents behavior is not good and they behavior like very rudely with passengers.

                I request you that please take necessary action accordingly otherwise your company bkme very bad because of Srinagar staff only

                  Air asia flight got delayed by 2 hrs 40 min and delay of almost 1 hr in luggage collection lead to loss of my subsequent flight scheduled from indigo.
                  Ground staff was so irresponsible and hiding himself from support. Person sitting in ticket booking office didn't pay attention and eventually make me call to customer care for complain. I talked to customer care for almost 45 min however failed to get any solution, not alternate flight nor refund.

                  Airline is very selfish and hardly bothered about passengers. Overall experience is very bad and i would never recommend to travel with them.

                      I m from gujarat and I m a bussiness person and I booked ticket from delhi to srinagar on 7th dec. And return back on 12th dec. And due to bad weather all flights r cancelked after that air asia persona telling call on customer care u can change of dates or full refund that time I asked at air port that we we maken a fix plan to going and return back date on 12th in same air asia from srinagar to delhi and in airindia delhi to surat and I also asked if we reschedule date once and if again your flight is cancelled than what we do that time they told me again u van change ur dated or u get refund and we done date changes from 7th to 10 dec.
                      And return back on 12 to 15th dec. And after that 10th date flight also cancelled
                      And we cancelled our tour plan and return back and now we r calling in customer care they r telling u can change only 10th date flight or u wan refund of 10th date flight and about 15th date they r telling we can't change or refund for 15th and even they not giving any compensation for my airindia flight from delhi to surat and I stay their in hotel in delhi that also they r nit giving me any of my loss

                        I have got a message in 04th november 2019 morning 10:04 am. I've called to airasia a hr person particular and have made conversations. Then in the particular i have send ₹9800 as a wrong transaction and another time, reasoning.. That indian government is making account of every transactions. So that hr person made me to make ₹11564 as gst full one payment since i have done ₹9800 as wrong previously. Then 5th of november 2019 hr told me that your refund ₹9800 will be on your account within 5 hours, but till not received (18 november 2019)

                        Today 18th november 2019 mentioned as interview date and i have not yet received any interview call letter or any refund. I have venue mentioned as chennai. Total of ₹ 21, 364 is in a
                        Air asia's side now.

                        I need my money back.

                          Hello i made claim for compensation for stolen baggage, they said me before week they have approved my 40% of claim but they have not transferred any amount so far.
                          I feel they have just fooled me by saying approval of claim so I don’t show their reality to other people.
                          Air Asia is not reliable in any sense.
                          They don’t have proper customer care, even their nodal officer don’t reply

                            I saw an ad in olx for recruiting people in air asia airline. They said the salary will be 40k. So i texted them and submitted my details. After that they asked me to pay an amount of 1400 as some registration charge. After that he sented me details of the job and other things and in that asking agin for money 3300 as verification charge. They said all these amount will be refunded. And so i sented the amount. He said he will sent joining letter but after that i didnt get any joining letter. And he called me again asking for 6000 sayin the verifcation has failed. So i have to give the amount for reverifying. So that i started a feeling thwt hes cheating me. So i asked him for his work id with tag. He was not ready to share thise things saying everythings confidential. And he sented another id. Which looked like fake. Soni didnt sent any further money. And i asked him for refund and he says 45 working days. And he started arguing and he said sent the money fast. Any way i didnt pay again. I have all the details he shared. All the account number he gave in which i sented money. His contact number. I dont know one id is there but it looks fake. His name is prateek. He says hes hr recruiter of air asia and the id says airpot authirity of india and his details. I need help. I fell for his trap. And maybe manyother already fell fir his trap. But this shouldnt continue. Serious action should be taken against him.

                              My name is munender singh, yesterday 18-oct-2019 i had flight from bali to delhi no. D7 799 & d7 182 with pnr (Lzusha)
                              At the check in time in bali for extra luggage they have charged 270 $ for 15 kg extra baggage which has been wrongly calculated by air asia staff at check in counter & as per their mobile app for 20 kg prices shows 60 $ only, when i asked them to buy my extra baggage ticket from their mobile app from my mobile then air asia staff said it is not possible now, but payment option still shown open on app that time also.

                              It is very bad experience with me, since i was travel air asia with last 4 years.

                              Requesting air asia to please refund my extra baggage excess payment back on priority.

                              My ticket cost for me & my wife for same pnr is 225 $, however air aisa charged for 15 kg extra baggage 270 $ which is completely wrong.

                              Please support & looking for positive response. Payment receipt also attached for your reference.

                              Please teach your staff How To behave with passengers instead of training them about only How To put lots of makeup on their face. If their behavior will be good then only everyone will be happy. Passengers are interested in good service not in seeing a lady with tons of makeup.

                                It's indeed a shameful thing.. That one of the renowned airline behaves in such a way with a customer not once but twice. And at the continues flow.. 1st n foremost they provide wrong information saying the flight is late and wn the customer wanted to check - in, it's said that the timing is over to check in whereas there is still 43 mins exactly left.. The customer is made to go half km to the office of airline at the end moment with all the luggage... And doesn't even provide a side seat asked by customer on request because of their height issues..                                   While booking the flight ticket air asia sent me a payment link i made the payment on that link money got deducted but air asia didn't receive the amount. Air asia confirmed me that they haven't received any payment within 7-14 working days it will be refunded to you if has been deducted they said to confirm the booking make the payment on same link again. So again i made the payment 2nd time it got confirmed. I haven't received any refund yet.

                                    There is a complain about a girl staff who was collecting our luggage and was allowed to the duty of checking the boarding pass. We had our flight at about 6:15 a. M on 7th october 2019 via delhi to guwahati. As we were waiting to collect our boarding pass we encountered the girl who was allowed with the duty to check the luggages and handover the boarding pass to us.. She was like any other off-flight attendant who was supposed to do the same.. If i ain't wrong it was counter number 'c' in delhi.. Since we were travelling from delhi to guwahati. The behavior which was reflected being an attendant checking passengers boarding passes by her was very rude and volatile. Being an attendant it's her duty to talk to the passengers politely and she lacked in the same poorly. She is obliged by her duty. So, it's an humble request to the delhi air asia airport authority to not take the matter casually and pay heed to the same at the earliest.

                                      Dear sir/ma'm,

                                      I am very sad. Let me write with a lot of heartaches now that i had to choose
                                      Air asia (Flt no 15- 1129) for my trip along with my wife to kochi on yesterday, 7th october 2019. I had to go through your air craft for the trip and faced a very bad situation.in fact my seat (No:8a), which i had pre booked, was occupied by someone else. I had the fate of travelling to kochi in a seat which i had not booked and it was not a window-side seat. I had paid extra money to air asia to allow the window-side seat i was interested in online ticket booking time. I complained to responsible cabin crew members before the departure, but no one turned to me for help. They were deliberately acting like busy. I was getting smaller in front of the public when i argued for my seat. Then i had to sit in another seat which i had not booked for my trip to kochi. I am sure, your company has been betraying me for this one reason. So i urge you to return the excess money that you have received from my hand as soon as possible.in addition, you may consider the fact that your crew members have only caused my indignity.
