Air India — air ticket cancellation due to cancellation of leave of armed forces personal

Dear sir/madam
I have the honour to state that i am working for armed forces (Indian air force) and booked the ticket from air india from bangalore to delhi (09 mar 19) and back (30 march 19). Due to national emergency all armed forces leave is cancelled the reason u know better. Indigo and other airlines is giving the armed forces cancellation charge waived off due to high tension with pak and india.
Since private airlines even after their private company they are providing this concession to armed forces personal but as air india is a govt body so it should take action first as compare to private airlines.
Sir/ madam i want to state i have mailed the air india customer also and have the telephonic chat with them in both cases they says it is not possible to refund the cancellation charge waived off as no message has came to them. Sir/ madam i just want to know that whole india including civilians knows this situation and air india want a written statement. This is just to make the profit from armed forces who serves the nation through their blood. My pnr no h1ffk is this. Sir do the needful to get my full hard earned back.
