Sir i have booked a ticket from hyderabad to jammu by air india on 06 nov 19 and an amount of rs 54875/- has been paid by me via phone pay on 06 nov 19 txn no 191106143107932354365 and the bank ref no[protected] the said amount has been debited from my bank account no [protected] vide statement ref no upi/dr/[protected]/air india/icici/billdesk ticket has not been generated nor the amount has been refunded showing error kindly get my amount refunded thanks
