Air India — Baggage allowance

I m a frequent flyer of air India and I always preferred it above other airlines, but Friday the 17th June journey was one of the worst experience for me with this airline.
I was travelling with my two children aged 8 and 4 and an infant three months old by flight number AI_753 from kolkata to Silchar. My baggage allowance was 85kg luggage and 21kg hand luggage. As children were young enough to carry 7kg hand luggage and I had an infant in my lap I made luggage of 103kg. But that rude and non co operative lady at the desk did not considered our helplessness and asked for fine. I had kept my moneybag in the carton which was packed, if I open the carton to take money bag then also I would have been unable to take it as I can't pack it at airport. I requested with that lady and supervisor but to no avail. They played no need to my requests, and at last I had to leave my carton.
I request if anybody reads these complains that there should be some realaxation for female passengers especially with children. All the luggage was bound to be carried by the aircraft, wether it is hand luggage cargo.
They should have co operated with a female passenger with three small children. As I did not exceed the allowed baggage weight in total.
