Air India — Damaged Bag

I arrived from Lon to Kochi on 22nd June in business class. Upon collection the bag, I noticed several damages including but not limited to one strap was loose and locking of the strap broken. I draw the attention to the officer on duty near the conveyor belt and informed me following his quick look at " can't do anything" He even refuse to record my complain . I wrote several emails to contactus but no response including customer service in London
