Air India Express — delay in delivering consignment due to misrouting. | |||||
I have sent a box containing eatables to my relatives at nagpur maharashtra on[protected] through dtdc express limited branch sangli (Pf340) by paying rs.400 (Four hundred rupees) to be sent through air cargo. Due to careless and negligence on part of dtdc, the consignment were sent to kolkata (Wb) instead of nagpur, till today i. E.[protected].14 pm the said consignment is lying at dtdc kolkata hub. After calling to customer care, reply is "human error". Also written e-mails to customer care dtdc, no response from them. Their charges are high, but courier service is worst. I request indian consumer complaints forum to look in this matter and direct dtdc to refund courier charges of rs.400/- which is paid by me. Was this information helpful? | |||||

KUQAWR Reference to the subject we had booked meals for Bruno & Clementine on our Noon flight and the steward on board had informed us that there was no food allocated. Inconvenience at the most as we were famished and regret the service. Air India to make good the loss
