Hi there,
I am writing this complaint on the kl office service handling .
I have attached the entire email for your attention.
I have booked a ticket online on 11 May 2015
However the system did not capture my middle name in the ticket .In order for me to apply for Visa, i need the ticket with my Full name attached.
When i contacted the officer on the first day, i was told to email to the relevant, below is the email as per our conversation.
At last, today, someone called me from the office and ask me to walk in and collect the ticket
My question is ;
1) How come on the first day i was not told walk in and collect it ? and not waste my time so much?
2) The conversation from day 1 is not proff and full with jargons
3) i have to sent few emails again and again to get a response
4) I took a half day leave and wasted it for no reason!
I realise today how bad is your airlines service. and i am not going to stop with this complain . I will also forward this to the trasportation department of both country to show how much your airlines cares! This will also going to be in the social media.!

Your colleague haven’t sent me any copy yet..
I unable to do my visa today despite I applied half day leave.
Could you please send me the copy of the itinerary before I complain to the relevant department.

Its just that the ticket cannot reflect all the characters.

Good Morning,
Referring to the above confirmation number,
I have booked 2 tickets from Chennai to KL on 7 June 2015.
However my middle name did not appear in my Itinerary.
Phone conversation with an agent said this would not be a problem
However I would like to have a another itinerary with my full name to avoid
Problem in applying Visa or at the check in gate.
Thus I would appreciate it if this could be change to MEI CHU ONG
And it will be great help if you can resend me the itinerary again.
