Air India Express — Refund of ticket | |||||
Refund not received. While booking thru mobile air india app, amount from credit card got deducted but a message appeared from airindia that booking cancelled. Airindia enquiry says pnr got generated but cancelled. Then i booked another ticket and travelled. I have sent mails to [protected]@airindia.in [protected]@airindia.in I have not received any response. Pnr ref. Y8w99 Refund the payment of rs. 9207. As deducted from my axis bank account. The transaction id ref. [protected]. As the booking was cancelled by air india. While booking ticket through mob, massage received that booking cancelled. I tried another three times but no ticket generated whereas Rs.3108 x 4 time debited from my account. Kindly refund same at an early date.
