Air India Express — Request for the claim for missing baggage

I have travelled to calicut (Ccj) from riyadh (Ruh) on air india express ix-322 on wed-aprl 2017 13:15/20:45. As i arrived at calicut internation airport, my baggage went missing (As i paid extra charge for that baggage becase it is more than 7kg). I went to air india express desk to file a complaint on missing baggage, but the staff there dont even care of it, behaved so roughy. As a customer i feel so sad and disappointment.
I request you to please trace my bag as per the air india policy mentioned on the website for delayed baggage.
