Air India Express — Tiketing | |||
I have 2 tikets booked thru Cleartrip toDubai to travel on 12th May 2016 flight IX 248, Air India Express. I have e visa in hand . PNR K7KHNR. The airline want me to go to their mumbai airport office to verify visa and insert OK to board. It is ridicuous and defeating the purpose of on line booking. It involves a cost of Rs 1400/- for me to travel to Air India office and half a day time. No airline has such stupid demand. Travelling from Dubai to lucknow with air India express flight IX 193 dated 25.04.2014 i found fly inside food, when complaint to steward And air hostess they said this is low fare airline and such things are common.
