Air India — Harassment Complaint

Dear Management,
I hope this email finds you not well!
I am writing this email as a complaint on behalf of my wife (Vishakha) who travelled from Sydney to Delhi from Air India AI30 at 9.45am on Saturday (23rd April, 2022).
This is regarding the harassment which my wife faced at Sydney Airport from Air India Customer Service representative from Check-in counter till flight take Off.
Firstly, while submitting the baggage she got harassed from a man standing at counter (unknown name) saying “India” “Golden Temple” which she ignored initially. Secondly, at the departure gate and same man saying words “I know you” don’t show me the passport. Thirdly, in the flight saying “See ya” in front of co-passengers which they noticed and shocked to see this incident.
Furthermore, within 5 mins when my wife got seat and received an email from “moussa boutebenta. [protected]” and mentioned “Enjoy your flight! - :)” what the heck was that ??? is every passenger getting this kind of Greet or is she the only one. This is [censored]ing Privacy breach when customer details disclosed/leaked with Air India employees. Are they allowed to access Company database for customer contacts?
Hold down, then she got a personal what’s app messages from him and saying [censored] “Hey Vishakha” “Check-in…Lol” etc etc…My wife got depressed whole flight and scared with this incident. We are very disappointed and shocked as we are using Air India flights in the past 7 years then it means our personal details is not safe in the company database. I am an Australian Citizen and been 7 years in Australia and never received this kind of service from other airlines. Seriously, this is pathetic service, I would like to take this matter to the top level in the Air India company so the other customers will not get impacted from this incident.
I would be expecting the call from the senior within 2days otherwise I will take this matter to court. I have attached the email and what’s app screenshot which we received from the Air India employee. and posting this incident to social media soon.
