Air India — I am complaining against a staff in shirdi airport | |||
An officer at the shirdi airport was very arrogant and there was a little bit of delay in getting to the airport and the boarding was not completed and she was on the phone and did not respond to our request.. The list was not closed and we had requested for more than 45 min.. The flight had not arrived. But she refused saying she has closed the chart.. The other officer's also were requesting her from spicejet.. She did not yield and we suffered such loss about time and money.. Requesting for action against savitha patel..
