Air India — money deducted but booking not done | |
As I have book a online Air india ticket with PNR Z96XS which failed. Passenger name SYED MOHAMED BUHARI SULTHAN IMRAN. But the money got deducted. Message from the bank RS.9140.00 Spent on POS/Ecom using IB debit card on 22/02/19 23:14 at AIRINDIA Mumbai from AC:XXX252043 BALANCE 15514.39 CR - INDIAN BANK. AS I have requested the airindia for refund against a failed transaction. They said the money didn't credit to their account. As per bank policy. The money would be refunded with 5-6 days. I have complaint indian customer services atm withdrawal failure reference no.INET[protected]. The status is showing pending. The customer care said it would be refunded within a week.
