Air India — Money got deducted but Ticket not generated

Hello, I booked a flight for myself on 05/03/22 through the official website of Air India for 07/03/22 from DEL-COK flight Number AI465.
I filled all the required details and went for the payment, after the payment was done it took me to the home page without generating the PNR/flight reference and got a message from the bank stating that the amount INR 9316.00 has been deducted. Please look into this and refund or whatever alternative there is ASAP.
