For last few days, I made about 20 calls to Air India customer support. Every time either calls get disconnected automatically in 30 min OR they arrange a call back but nobody calls me back.

However I reached out to Air India Folks to cancel my ticket before 24 hrs of departure and I have been told that as per the latest AirIndia Airline rules, am eligible for a refund after deduction of Rs.2500 and 5% GST charges which would get credited back to my credit card which was used to bill at the time...

I have sent email to air india for what refund on basis of rt pc test will be given as my onward journey was cancelled on this basis and got full amount on 4th feb But the air india is not refunding for return journey on 18th feb so had to cancel 1 day before flight. able to catch my connecting flight because of air india flight Ai 638 was very delay. I am very disappointed buy air india and staff members even they are not helping us for anything even they have no manners to talk.. I never had this kind of bad experience in any airline....

My Parents who are senior citizens have a flight from Bagdogra to Kolkata on 16/02/2022 and they have been trying to cancel the tickets as they cannot travel as both of them are unwell. My Father had reaction due to Covid Booster and is still very weak and my mother has a severe back ache.
Airindia is not providing any refund for the cancellation. This is really a bad experience for a Company which should be providing...

On 13th Feb. 22 I have done payment for flight date change from 14th Feb. to to 15th feb. of Air India send link link for PNR HTGSZ, but till now showing same date 14th Feb. & No ticket received of 15th Feb., pl. Immediately resolved.
