Air India — Name change request | |||
I booked ticket for my family for total 3 member. My wife and my 12 year ol son and 8 year old daughter. As my wife got some gynec related medical problem and as a consequence she is having great weakness. For this reason I booked another ticket on the same flight for my sister in law to support their safe travel. I also asked to customer care at hyd airport that in one free change policy can I change the name if I face some issue, on that customer care said that yes you can change and I booked ticket for my sister in law. Now she can't travel because of some medical problem of her.For this reason I requested to customer care for name change of the fourth passanger by my name but they said they can't do this, and you have to contact to higher officials. It is my humble request as I booked all ticket in genuin purpose. Please consider the name change for this above explained Medica reason.details of that ticket is as follows PNR is Y7HPH. Current name is Shweta Singh. Date of travel 1 dec 21. Sector From Delhi to hyd. New name who want to travel is Amit Kumar Medatiya.
