Air India — non receipt of refund amount of cancelled tickets | |||
Dear sir, 1. I lt col durgesh kumar singh a serving officer of indian army booked my following tickets online for me and my wife mrs meera singh and availed onward journey from kannur to delhi on 01 mar 2020 and from delhi to lucknow on 02 mar 2020. 2. Due to outbreak of corona epidemic and lockdown by government of india, the scheduled return journey could not be performed as per itinerary as there were no operation of domestic flights, 3. Details of return journey tickets are as under:- Two tickets for durgesh kumar singh and meera singh[protected] and[protected] From lucknow to delhi booking reference j3879 on 28 mar 2020 by ai 991 From delhi to kannur ticket[protected] and[protected] booking reference yp2xe on 29 mar 2020 by ai 425 4. Now as per latest advisory issued by government of india, ministry of aviation dated 16 april 2020 you are requested to refund the amount of tickets at the earliest. I am unable to contact your call center / customer care to do the needful. Please refund the booking amount of my nonperformed journeys at the earliest.
